The Best Black Friday Deals

I don't know about you, but I get totally frazzled when thinking of Black Friday. Where to go? Who has the best deals? What time does the line start? I mean, can someone just break it down and make it easier?

Well, Wallethub.com did just that. Not only did they tell us the best place to shop, but how much of a discount you'll actually be getting.

I'll tell you this. I was surprised where Walmart and Best Buy fell on their list.
