Limberbutt McCubbins is running for office, THE office, he's running for president in 2016. Apparently anyone can run if they want to... and this cat is attempting to take the Democratic position away from Mrs. Clinton. Wait, never mind, Limberbutt wants to be the DemoCAT nominee. Oh the puns.
