This Food Truck Might Have the Best Ribs in Wisconsin
If you're like me and crave ribs at all hours of the day, you need to know about one of the best ribs in the state of Wisconsin.

One of the food trucks literally says, "RIBS" on top of the truck and you wouldn't expect it to be that good, but after I tried them... my opinion has very much changed.

They're juicy, fall-off-the-bone, and the moistest (is that a word?) ribs I've ever had in my life. Nothing, and I mean nothing, could compare to what I experienced in that first bite.
You get a side of your choice, so I chose mashed potatoes! Plus, you get a muffin. That was also equally as scrumptious. Of course, I had to order elotes on the side, too. A meal totally worth the drive for, no doubt.
It takes a lot for me to hype up food, but these ribs? I literally dreamt about them that night. It's that good. If you're headed to Wisconsin Dells soon, put The Grateful Shed on your radar. Go for the vibes, stay for the ribs. Thank me later.
