Brain freeze alert!

Matt Stonie recently won the 2015 Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest, blowing away the other competitors, including previous champion Joey Chesnut. Now he's ready for dessert.

A lot of dessert. Matt decided to tackle 12 pints of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, in assorted flavors, to see just how fast he could eat all of them.

Matt, you should've called me. I've been in an ice cream eating contest before and I beat all of my competition... which was mainly 18 and 45 year old men. They didn't know about my ice cream skills, but they do now.

Eating ice cream really quickly is a pain in the tongue. I had tongue frostbite for at least a week after the competition, everything tasted like nothing. I also had a major brain freeze but gosh darn it I won and that was all that mattered.

I went into the competition with winning as the only option because, well, why in the world would I eat an entire pint of ice cream without a movie and a couch unless I was going to win. Those calories are delicious, but aren't worth it if you lose.

Matt found out while making this video that it's not as easy as it seems. It took him 35 minutes and 40 seconds to eat the 12 pints, and he said at the end of the video that he was SO cold after eating those 13,400 calories. "What was I thinking? It sounded good on paper," were his last words. Well, of the video.

While we're talking brain freezes... don't forget about this cute one!
