This Weather Calls for Grilled Cheese Croutons [VIDEO]

Are you kidding me? How have I never made these before.

I have plenty of weird food habits, but one of the best ones is my crouton dependency.

Most of my childhood included splitting a bag of croutons with my brother while we played video games in the basement waiting for dinner to be ready. Then, we would get yelled at because all the croutons were gone.

Needless to say, my mom stopped buying croutons, and ever since then I have an even bigger addiction. Just last night my roommate and her boyfriend opened a bag of croutons and gave me two before they even made their salad.

With this kind of single digit weather, we're all probably eating more soup than usual, and now we have this recipe so that we can dip some grilled cheese croutons into that soup.
