Trader Joe’s Has An Adorable Secret That Parents Love
If you're looking for any more reason why a trip to Trader Joe's is well worth it, here's a good one and it's all for the kids.
Meaning, shopping with kids is the absolute worst. They get bored super quickly, and because of that, parents shop much faster. That's when the wrong purchases get made leading to even more frustration. Trust me on this one, as a dad, I'd rather shop by myself than bring the kiddos.
However, Trader Joe's apparently has a super cute secret game that will keep kids busy the entire you're shopping.
Most, if not all Trader Joe's locations hide a stuffed animal somewhere in the store. The idea is for the kids to find the stuffed animal and return it for a small prize, like a piece of candy.
What an amazing idea! Can you imagine how much easier it would be to accomplish your shopping knowing that your child would be occupied searching for something in the store?
If we could only get one in Rockford. Oh man, that would be the best. I have a few ideas where it could go in, but that's a different story.
In case you're wondering, the nearest Trader Joe's location is at 1800 South Randall Road in Algonquin, about 45 miles from Rockford.
