Where to Recycle Your Christmas Tree in Winnebago County

In the coming days, the task of taking down Christmas will commence. If you got a real tree this year, please don't put it on the curb, recycle that beauty.

Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful is hosting several sites around Rockford where you can recycle your tree. The locations open January 1 - January 15. Plus, mulch from these chippings will be available by March 1, 2017.
