Wisconsin & Illinois Residents Have The Best Teeth In the US
A new study shows folks in the midwest do a real nice job of taking care of their teeth.
According to WalletHub's "2020's States with the Best & Worst Dental Health" list, Wisconsin and Illinois take the top two spots.
Wisconsin's overall score of 75.69 was tops in the US and ranked #1 overall for "Dental Habits & Care."
Illinois scored a 75.65 and was #1 overall in "Oral Health."
Illinois and Wisconsin weren't the only midwest states to score well.
Overall, Minnesota ranked 3rd, Michigan 7th and Iowa 10th on the list.
Indiana, on the other hand, didn't do quite as well. The Hoosier state apparently needs to get to a dentist, because they ranked 21st.
The worst state in the US when it comes to dental care? Arkansas.
