Yes, I was a bit offended at this Wisconsin Facebook page's shot at Illinois, but I laughed pretty hard.

Okay Meanwhile In Wisconsin, I gotta give it to you, this is a good one. When I look at this picture, a few things come to mind:

• Who drives around with 4 bricks in their car?
• Couldn't you just turn the cart over?
• On what other item, would shopping cart wheels be used?
• I hope whoever took the wheels, wound up with one that wobbles and skids like the carts I always get.
