Young Child Freed From Claw Machine at CherryVale Mall

This sounds like a punchline in a Kevin Smith or Seth Rogan movie, but this happened right here at our local mall.

Thankfully the boy is said to be doing fine after being stuck in a claw machine game at the CherryVale Mall.

MyStateline.com reported Sunday that Fire Officials responded to call from the mall after the 6-year-old boy's feet were seen hanging from outside of the machine for over 20 minutes.

Again officials say the child is "just fine" after the incident. No word on whether or not he got the toy he was after in the first place.
