10 Reasons We Love Attending Rockford IceHogs Games

Hockey season is my favorite in Rockford because IceHogs games return to the BMO!

I didn't know I loved watching hockey until I was, maybe, 20 years old.  I started going to a lot of home games to fill up my weekend plans and I fell in love with the game!  I might not know how much about the actual game, but it's a whole vibe being in an arena with tons of others connecting over the same sport.

Plus, there are so many different things to do when you're at a Rockford IceHogs game.  My favorites?

• Shopping at Oink Outfitters (ya girl can always use a new hoodie!)
• Riding the Hamboni on the ice
• Going for Benefit game nights with limited edition jerseys

What do we love the most about attending a Rockford IceHogs game?  The local fans have spoken about what they're excited for when season starts on October 12th, 2024.

There are so many reasons to go to a game this year!  I'm not a major football fan, so I'm always anticipating hockey season when fall is in full swing.  IceHogs games are great for date nights, families with little ones, reconnecting with friends, and a safe place for everyone to enjoy local vibes!

I can't wait to get a hoodie at Oink Outfitters, no lie.  I can never have too many haha.  We do live in the Midwest after all.  I'll always need it!
