A Parade in Chicago to Celebrate the Life & Music of Prince

Make plans to join the Prince celebration in Chicago's Wicker Park Friday night (5/6). And don't forget to wear your Purple. Here's what's planned for the night.

According to chicagoist.com while there have already been some celebrations, Friday nights celebration will be "the  largest Chicago public party to celebrate his legacy yet."

Here's what's going down in Wicker Park Friday night, according to the event's Facebook page:

So put on some eyeliner and your best 'Prince inspired' outfit, (Wear lots of Purple ;-) and meet us at Wicker Park, by the fountain around sunset.

We will be playing his biggest hits, as we take it to the streets of Wicker Park around 9pm. We will walk down Damen to Division to Ashland to Milwaukee and end up at 6 corners. We will walk around the neighborhood and end our Prince tribute parade with LETS GO CRAZY!!!
