Two Most Annoying Things Illinois Summers Have To Offer

I would've said mosquitoes, but only one left me with an itchy kneecap so far.  There are far more annoying things to complain about in Illinois than those blood-suckin' devils.

Don't get me wrong, summer in Illinois has a lot to offer - from waterparks, to beautiful hiking trails, to busy dog parks, the list goes on.  The weather isn't too hot or too cold, it's the perfect in-between.

Two Most Annoying Things Illinois Summers Have To Offer

LEATHER SEATS IN CARS

Ever gotten into a car with straight leather seats after it's been baking in the sun? What happens?  Your thighs get stuck to the seats and they feel like you've burned a thousand layers off the back of your legs.  LEATHER SEATS SUCK.

Now, a bonus to getting burned by leather seats?

BUCKLES ON SEATBELTS

Don't you dare tell me you haven't touched the buckle of your seatbelt when it has been 80 degrees outside.  You reach to grab it and the buckle is like a frickin' stovetop. OUCH. NO THANKS.

Maybe it's just me who gets annoyed by those things, but the pain from both leather seats and hot buckles are not fun at all.

Man, I just need to move to a cold state and then I'll stop complaining.  Until I actually move, you'll probably see me back here really soon haha.
