Seems like every other day there has been a recall on something. The latest victim according to WTVO is Walmart's name brand "Great Value" breakfast sausage. Recalls are over concerns of salmonella. They were shipped to Walmart stores nationwide so there's no way to know exactly which stores to target. If you check the link they have descriptions of what the bags look like and the corresponding numbers to help verify the bags.

With so many of these cases happening so often, it makes you wonder whenever you buy something if it's safe. It seems to happen with very common items too, breakfast sausage and recently apples as well. Hopefully the people in charge of checking our food can start figuring this out before it gets distributed instead of after.
