A new study says that when you fight with your mate it triggers something in your brain that causes junk food binges.

These hunger issues only seem to affect healthy weight or overweight people, not obese people. Previous studies have found hungry people are more likely to lose their temper because when we haven’t eaten enough, our brain lacks the energy needed to exercise self-control. And this would be where we get the term, 'hangry', the combination of being hungry and angry. The Daily Mail compiled even more data on the phenomenon.

We performed our own test of this theory, and I started an argument with Mandy about the disgusting video of a woman getting a worm removed from her upper-lip that we watched together. What I didn't know, was what the cupcakes we were going to eat should the 'hungry hormone' kick in, were going to do to her. Mandy has been on a diet that has kept her from eating sugar for more than a month. When you watch this video, you'll see just how dramatically sugar-deprivation can affect someone.
