Always wanted your town to have a name for itself?  If you could pick, what would you want to be known for?  I'd say I would want my town to be the best place to live in the country.

If you live in Aurora, Illinois, you're pretty lucky to be part of this achievement!

Next time you get a glass of water from your sink, think twice about how it tastes, smells, and looks.  It's water, yes.  You might not think there's much to a cup of water, but a lot goes into making sure you're drinking safe.  For one city, they're taking pride in being crowned for having the best water in Illinois!

Little did Aurora know they'd beat out Rockford, Park Forest, and Champaign Counties!  The Water Superintendent had some words after receiving the news, "Every day our team shows up, does their job well, and allows us to provide the best water for our residents.  I’m very proud of the work they do, and the success we have had.”

Who knew your claim to fame could be something as simple as having the best water?  Congrats to Aurora, though.  First they're named the best city in America to live the American Dream and now they're awarded ANOTHER recognition.  Hats off to them!
