Awesome Time-Lapse Video Shows Creation of Rockford Mural

This incredible video shows the recently completed mural at corner of 1st Avenue and 6th Street in Rockford.

The video posted to Vimeo by local director Matt Youngblood features the making of the thought provoking mural titled "Refugee."

Besides Youngblood, details are scarce as to who was involved with the creating of the mural. The one thing that keeps bringing me back for repeated views is the originality.

For a city that many residents complain lacks in culture and diversity, some of the amazing talent that Rockford has to offer is on display while putting up this magnificent mural.
