According to the 2025 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), one chain has officially claimed the crown as America’s best convenience store. After surveying more than 8,600 customers across the country, the ACSI ranked stores on everything from food quality to cleanliness, friendliness, and mobile-app experience.

Midwest Beats the Competition

Kwik Trip scored a whopping 84 out of 100, beating out last year’s leader, Wawa, and fan-favorite Sheetz, both of which tied for second place with 82. In the Midwest, Kwik Trip even outpaced its similarly named rival, QuikTrip, proving once again that there’s only room for one “K” in the top spot.
