BURNING QUESTION: Would You Take a Better Boss Over a $5,000 Raise?

If you have a boss that drives you crazy, would you consider a new one? Or would you rather take the raise and keep working for someone that makes you miserable?

A new survey says more of us would take the $5,000 raise. Only 28% of us would take a new boss in favor of some extra pay. This recent survey asked another question, who's results were very revealing.

Would you be willing to take a $5,000 PAY CUT to be happier at work?
