Here's the best part, there are three different locations in Illinois folks from all over can choose from.

There's one in Aurora at 195 Fox Valley Center Drive, and another at 1515 Lake Cook Road in Northbrook.

The last one is closest for Rockford area residents, at 1999 South Springsguth Road in Schaumburg.

There are one million-plus LED lights on display at the Let it Shine Lightshow, and purchasing tickets for the event is very easy.

Go shinelightshow.com and choose the location you want to go to first. From there, click, and pick out your date and time.

For example, on a typical Saturday in Schaumburg, the drive-thru light show times start at 4:30 p.m. You can choose from the general admission rate at $39.99 per vehicle or go with the fast pass which apparently lets you skip the line for an additional $20.

Carload rates are $10 cheaper during the week.

Reviews for the Let it Shine Lightshow are generally positive on Yelp.

Ernie H. says "It's safe, it's fun, the kids will love it, you'll love it, it's perfect for the holidays. It's 20 minutes' worth of magic in your car."

On the other hand, Kaylee W. wasn't quite as happy with her experience, mentioning the Let it Shine Lightshow "looks like a cheap miniature golf course with xmas lights...How about just charging an appropriate price for what you get."
