Did We Just Predict Jack’s Demise On ‘This Is Us’?

On NBC's This Is U we're about to learn the details of Jack's death. We know a crockpot start's the fire and that, assumingly, Kevin never got to have the important phone conversation with his dad because Kev's a little jerkface. So, what (or who) killed Jack?

Theory #1: Is it Kate's fault?

Theory #2: "Kevin?!"

The only way we will ever know what happens to Jack is by watching This Is Us on NBC after Super Bowl LII.
