Dog is Severely Confused When a Kitten Wants a Piggy Back [VIDEO]

I've heard of having a monkey on your back, but never a cat. It always seems like there's something or someone that's always on your back and in this dog's case it's an adorable kitten. He's obviously really confused as he tries to run in circles, in hopes of getting the kitten to release it's grip; he even looks to his human for some kind of explanation as to what the heck is going on and maybe a little help....or maybe he doesn't even know what it is that's got a hold of him. Either way, it's really cute.
