Lockwood Park is located at 5201 Safford Rd. in Rockford, Illinois. The park is filled with hills, meadows, woods, a 15-mile trail system and an absolutely beautiful stream. Other attractions at Lockwood Park include an Equestrian Centre and a Children's Farm. Families can even relax on picnic tables and in shelter pavilions. The kids can also use Lockwood's playgrounds.
