Eat Pizza and Support Freeport Cheer Team Headed to Disney World

Memories that will last forever and you can help make them happen. Freeport's Pierce Athletics Cheer squad earned an invite to compete in Dinsey's D2 Summit.

This team is made up of athletes from Freeport and many surrounding small towns. To earn a bid to compete at the D2 Summit in Orlando is a big deal. The cost to travel to the competition is also a big deal. The team could really use your help.

On Wednesday, March 26, from 4 - 8:30 p.m., you can eat pizza and meet the team at Manny's Pizza in Freeport. The team will be waiting tables that night and all tips go toward their travel and competition expenses.

The D2 Summit is an innovative, prestigious, competitive and unforgettable end of the year all levels experience. It’s the Super Bowl of All-Star Cheerleading. The event was created to provide a unique opportunity for teams in non-worlds divisions to have an end of the year event like no other. Only 10% of teams from across the country will make the cut and take the climb. Pierce Athletics Youth Level 1 team is taking the climb, but they need your help to reach the D2 Summit.
