A Secret For The Best Workday Ever!

I found a way for you to have a better, more productive workday! A new study says the best way to focus is to take a 17 minute break every 52 minutes. Head to the bathroom, get up and talk to your co-workers, even sneak outside, no matter what you do, you should do it for 17 minutes every hour. The study shows that our brains aren't built to focus for a long period of time, and by taking a break, you'll be at your very best!

Movies Out This Weekend-

"A Walk Among the Tombstones" is out this weekend starring the man who never ages, Liam Neeson.

Steve and I watched the trailer for the Jason Bateman and Tina Fey movie "This is Where I Leave You" weeks ago, and loved what we saw. I can't wait to see it, hopefully this weekend since it's out today.

And the last movie opening this weekend is "Tusk." Kevin Smith wrote and directed this "Human Centipede"-type horror movie about a guy who lures Justin Long to his house under the pretext of doing a podcast interview, before drugging him and slowly turning him into a human WALRUS. It was inspired by a bizarre online post Kevin read while doing HIS podcast.  Then he had people on social media vote on whether he should make a movie about it. This movie looks scary, twisted AND hilarious.

(Watch this featurette about how it came together. WARNING! There's profanity.)
