Have You Seen This Hilarious License Plate in Rockford?

There's not much to say after seeing this license plate other than "congratulations."

I was driving across the Whitman Street bridge near downtown Rockford last week when I noticed this license plate on the car in front of me at a stoplight.

Am I wrong or does that plate read "fertile one?" If that was the intention, it's probably a good thing the plate was on a minivan.

Thanks for giving me and the other drivers something to enjoy while stuck in traffic after work last week.
