Illinois is in Desperate Need of Substitute Teachers
Our state needs your help. And you could need their's too. The state of Illinois is short on substitute teachers.
As many as 600 substitute teachers are needed every day around the state, according to
the Chicago Sun Times.
If you are in between jobs, or work part time and are looking for a way to make a little extra money, or maybe a stay-at-home mom who wants to start working a day here or there, then this could be the perfect job for you. There are a few requirements. You have to have a four-year degree, and pass a background check. But the governor just passed a bill to lower the application fee in hopes of getting more people on board. This is a great opportunity to make some money and help make a difference in our children's lives.
