Taking one good look at Portnoy's ranking reveals something that most people, including myself, find difficult to understand.
Not all pizza is built the same.
All primary and standard pizzas should have the same components: dough, sauce, and cheese.
You'd think there wouldn't be such a massive disparity between good and bad pizza, even with only three ingredients and a few added toppings.

So, while looking at Portnoy's One Bite Pizza Rankings, I saw one that made me cringe: an Illinois restaurant near the bottom.
The good news is that it's not at the very bottom, but then again, it's low enough to get me thinking, "What if I put together a list of the five worst-reviewed 'One Bite' pizza joints in Illinois?"

Georgio's is located at 11 West Division Street in Chicago.
Yelp reviewers haven't been as kind to Georgio's, giving the beleaguered restaurant 2.7 out of 5, but one reviewer summed up their experience best.
