Illinois Man Gets Answer to Age-old Question in Vehicle Crash

A Loves Park man swerved to avoid hitting something in the road. He sustained non-life threatening injuries but he may also have what we've been searching for.

We'll get to that 'question' in a moment. According to mystateline.com, David Clark, 59 of Loves park was driving his 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix on Five Points Road near the intersection of Aldrich Road in Kingston. It was 6:20 in the morning and all of a sudden David had to slam on his breaks which caused him to slide into a ditch. What was it that caused David to slam into the ditch?

It was a chicken crossing the road.

Yes, a chicken!
