In Rockford, Becca's Closet is officially open for the season to serve all students in need of prom dresses this year - at no cost to you!

Back in high school I volunteered at different organizations around the Stateline. One of my favorites - honestly, my favorite by far, was volunteering at Becca's Closet.  They bring smiles to young girls' faces one prom dress at a time!

This non-profit donates prom dresses at NO COST for high school girls who can't afford to purchase a dress for their Senior prom.

Becca Kirtman started 'Becca's Closet' to donate prom dresses and accessories to other high school students at her school who couldn't afford to purchase their own.

After she passed away in a tragic car accident on August 20th, 2003, her family and friends continued 'Becca's Closet' to keep her dream alive!

Let me tell you, there are soooo many beautiful dresses to choose from.  The endless racks of over 2,000 dresses may be overwhelming, but in the end you'll be taking home a dress that makes you feel BEAUTIFUL.

If you, or someone you know, need a prom dress and just don't have the funds to purchase your own, Becca's Closet is here to save the day!  If you just want to donate your prom dresses, visit their website for more details!

Bring your friends and family to Becca's Closet to find the perfect dress for your big day.

Becca's Closet is located at 1829 North Rockton Avenue Rockford, Illinois at the Rockford Area Lutheran Ministries.  They're open every Saturday in April from 9am-2pm, plus May 7th and May 14th from 9am-12pm for all your prom dress shopping needs!
