According to TMZ, Chris Brown was performing in San Jose, CA early Sunday morning when a scuffle began and a few seconds later gun shots rang out.

In the aftermath, five victims were treated. Four were rushed to the hospital, while one arrived at the ER later that night.

Brown was uninjured.
