The new McDonald’s commercial “Signs” has divided the internet. While some are outraged over the ad, others are asking “what’s the big deal?”

The McDonald's commercial in question aired Sunday night during the Golden Globes on NBC.

The fallout was immediate. Angry viewers took to Twitter complaining about all the things McDonald's has done wrong with the commercial.

Neither of those topics was covered in the ad.

I must've missed something during that sixty seconds.

I wish I knew what I needed to be angry about.

Should I be angry that they covered "Carry On" from fun. using a kids choir? Should I be angry that they gave me a website to visit in order to see the origin of the signs?

I don't think so. What I do think, is that the time was ripe to for people to be angry about something, and unfortunately for McDonald's, the bulls-eye was placed right on this commercial.

It doesn't make sense to me.

What does make sense is getting outraged over things that matter. Getting angry over a commercial that shows signs of McDonald's across the globe shouldn't get us upset.

I thought it was kinda cool, then again, that's just me.

Maybe I'm just wandering through life with blinders on, and if that means going largely unaffected by a McDonald's commercial I see on TV, I'll wear them the rest of my life.
