There, at one point, was an issue with alligators in Wisconsin. In three months, there were three sightings. Since gators aren't from anywhere near the state, they were definitely being brought in by humans. People probably bought them as pets and figured that wasn't a good idea. Then, they dump them off in a local lake.

Alligator Sighting Number One In Wisconsin

The first sighting of an alligator in Wisconsin was in July 2022.

According to bringmethenews.com,

An alligator that was 2-3 feet long was found in Long Lake in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

Second Wisconsin Alligator Spotted

Two weeks later, another alligator was spotted in Wisconsin. Two sightings might just be a coincidence.

According to bringmethenews.com, 

The latest happened July 12 in Kenosha when police were called to a residential area on the north side of the city for a pet alligator that had escaped captivity.

Latest Alligator Discovery In Wisconsin

With three gators found in just three months, there might be a problem in Wisconsin.

The Kewaskum Police Department received a report of an alligator in a pond on Sunday.

 

According to police, the alligator was spotted at Reigle Family Park.
