$1 Million Illinois Lottery Win Sold at Rochelle Gas Station

According to Illinois Lottery, a $1 million winning Powerball ticket was sold at the Road Ranger gas station located in Rochelle.  The winning ticket was part of Sunday night's drawing and matched all five main numbers, but one number shy of hitting the full jackpot.

The lucky winner has one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize, but until then the mystery remains: who in Rochelle, or passing through, is now a million dollars richer?

Rochelle wasn't the only place in the state that hit big!  Another million dollar ticket was sold in Colona at a Shell Gas station.  They matched the same five numbers, but not the sixth.  Both locations will receive a $10,000 payout for selling the ticket, so they're about to get some sweet bonuses at work!
