The bar, El Cielo, has become internet infamous after Milwaukee cops conducted a raid and stumbled upon pure, unadulterated chaos.

Along with what you'd typically find at a bar, they found some live poultry wandering through the bar, as well as a bowl of cocaine.

I guess you can say it's not your everyday typical watering hole.

What Sparked the Investigation?

So, what led to this insanity? Reports say a shots fired incident led police to investigate the bar.

They found the kind of scene you could imagine in your wildest dreams.

Of course, the bar's license has been permanently revoked and it's is no longer in business.

Social Media Had a Field Day

The story doesn't end there, either. Social media has had a blast with it, with jokes, memes, and just overall disbelief, making this one of the zanier stories of 2024, which is definitely saying something.

Seriously though, despite the wild story, it does raise concerns about animal cruelty and other illegal activities occurring in public spaces. I hope the chickens are being safely relocated somewhere other than a bar.

A Word to the Wise: Stick to Traditional Bars

That said, the next time you're in Milwaukee, look for the more traditional bars, or at the very least, look for a spot where you won't have to dodge poultry or wonder what's cooking in the backroom.
