Bare as You Dare: The World Naked Bike Ride Returns to Milwaukee
When I heard about this upcoming event, I had so many questions, the first being: like, are all the participants really naked, and if so, how much more difficult is it to ride a bike?
If you don’t know about this thing, it’s the 6th World Naked Bike Ride in Milwaukee, and it's all set for Saturday, June 27.

A "Protestival" Built on Body Positivity and Cyclist Safety
Organizers call the World Naked Bike Ride a “protestival,” not just a typical bike ride, and to be fair, this is a naked bike ride, so it’s very far from typical, but the reason for the event has great roots, mostly being proud of who you are.
Body positivity is the main reason for the World Naked Bike Ride and, at the same time, raises cyclists' awareness of safety, clean energy, and other environmental causes.
Here are a few other things I learned: you don’t need to be in the buff to participate, and you also don’t need to ride a bike to join either. However, if you do plan to go “all out,” you may end up being photographed.

An Easy Day Trip From Rockford for a Unique Free Event
With Milwaukee being one of the closest major cities to us in Rockford, the ride makes it an easy day trip for someone wanting to check it out or participate. The event is totally free, but donations are encouraged. Also, make sure you have a comfy bike seat, just saying.
