Nobody will ever be mad to get a scratch-off ticket as a gift.  Why?  We all know there's a chance that we could win a million dollars, or a dollar.  Either way, the thrill of scratching off every number, one by one, gets us excited.

If you've been with your partner for a significant amount of time, you know whether they're great at giving gifts or wait until Valentine's Day to find something "passable".  It's usually the guy who is twice as likely the procrastinator, am I wrong?

According to the Illinois Lottery and a survey they conducted with Illinois residents,

• 99% of men and 92% of women who gave scratch-off tickets as presents for Valentine's Day reported that their partner appreciated the gift

• 1 in 4 respondents ranked a scratch-off ticket in their top three most preferred Valentine’s Day gifts

Personally, I'd love it!  If I win, my boyfriend wins, too.  You know what I mean?!
