The Christmas season is that time of year when kids dream big. That being said, my kid dreams like nobody else.

My son sat down last week, put pen to paper and came up with the craziest Christmas list I have ever seen.

Here are the items on the list.

1. Microsoft Surface Pro 3

Just what every 9-year-old boy needs, an $800 computer.

2. Madden 15 and NHL 15 for XBOX 360

He's not allowed to play video games during the week, so this might be a tough one.

3. New case for iPad

Santa brought him an iPad last year...and a case. By all accounts, the case is in fine condition.

4. Forza Horizon 2

Another video game. Weekends only dude.

5. Under Armour

I'm figuring he is asking for clothing. I hope it's not the Under Armour company, because that's not happening.

6. LG 50" Plasma TV

When I asked him why he wanted a TV that large, he told me they were on sale for $25.

7. Pencils for School

This is something I can get behind. I'm all for pencils.

8. Desk

Another thing I could get behind until he mentioned he also needs a "laptop for school work."

9. Y Volution Y Flicker Lift Scooter

No idea what this is, and I am pretty sure at this point he is making things up.

10. Wilson NFL Official Football

Great idea, I love it. What sports loving kid doesn't want a football? Until...

11. Super Bowl XLVIII Game Ball

I have to hand it to him, he really wants that game ball. He looked up the correct Roman Numerals and everything.

12. XBOX One

Once again, weekends dude. Best part, the line drawn from the end of the XBOX One line pointing toward the top, emphasizing his interest in this being his most important gift.

13. Destiny for XBOX 360

Another video game. On top of the XBOX One, the myriad of other games he is asking for at the top of the list, you'd think he was allowed to play video games during the week.

The best (and possibly the cutest) thing he said was at the end where he leaves it up to Santa to make the decision.

"Which one Santa? XBOX One or a laptop? Pick please."

He also asked my wife how to spell Lamborghini while he was writing out his list. She questioned why he wanted to know and he never followed up.

I guess he thought it was asking for too much.

Happy Holidays!
