National Signing Day has come and gone. Ohio State also had a great day as Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes closed down the number 2 recruiting class in the land according to Rivals. His counterpart and rival Jim Harbaugh wasn't as lucky. The Michigan Wolverines closed the year with a top 25 ranking at number 21. Penn State came in at number 5 while Nebraska landed at number 22 in Scott Frost's first year.
