New Game Changing Improvements Coming to Illinois’ Top Amusement Park
Some of the sights and sounds at Six Flags Great America will feel familiar in 2022, but there have been some major improvements under the hood.
Not saying there haven't been noticeable changes like the addition of the big DC Universe area of the park. However, this new feature is the kind of thing that changes the game for people who hate to wait in line.
When Six Flags introduced the Flash Pass it gave folks who were willing to pay a bit more the opportunity to skip the line and get on their favorite rides super quick.
I was skeptical of the Flash Pass at first, but man, when I finally broke down and got one, I can safely say it was the best time I ever had at Six Flags.
Now there's this new wrinkle the park is adding: Single Rider Lines.
Here's the scenario, you go to Six Flags with someone who only wants to ride some of the rollercoasters but you, well, you want to ride them all. Using the Single Rider Lines at Six Flags you'll have the chance to get on the ride that much faster.
The park has installed single rider lines for Justice League, Battle for Metropolis, Maxx Force, The Dark Knight Coaster and The Joker Free Fly Coaster. This was implemented to help fill every available seat on these rides, and thus, shorten wait times, the news release said.
It's the perfect opportunity to get in as many rides as possible while you're there. Now, who wouldn't want to do that?
Six Flags Great America in Gurnee opens Friday, April 15.
