Starting in 2024, any teenagers 15 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone over 21 if they plan to stay at the park after 5 p.m.

That means if your kid wants to experience Fright Fest at night—when the monsters really come out to play—guess who’s coming along for the ride?

Six Flags Great America has pulled out all the stops to make Fright Fest terrifying this year, adding not one, not two, but three new haunted houses.

But with all that adrenaline-pumping fun, they’ve also decided that a little extra security isn’t a bad idea. After all, the last thing you want is your teen wandering into a haunted house and coming out more scarred than scared.
