One of Illinois Only Drive-In Theaters Announces Sudden Closing

A few weeks ago we reported that the Cascade Drive-In in West Chicago was looking for friends and fans to help them stay open, but it looks like the help wasn't enough.

A petition was going around Facebook a few weeks ago with Cascade Drive-in hoping to continue to show movies at their Drive-In theater location, but according to their Facebook page, that wasn't enough.

In a very long post, Cascade announced that the theater will not be reopening ever again.

They are having sort of a going away party next Saturday where they will be selling Cascade hoodies, as well as a lot of equipment if anyone is interested.
