Ouch! Britney Slips in Vegas Concert [VIDEO]

Oops, she did it again!

Sorry, I know that's a rough pun, but she seems to get injured a lot out there in Vegas. This time, though we really feel bad for Britney. She does not look like she's in good shape after that fall!

Britney was performing one of my favorite original Britney hits, "(You Drive Me) Crazy", Wednesday night when she slipped.

Poor girl, I have slipped in heels that high before, and I still have the scar seven months later.

She keeps performing, or at least keeps attempting to perform throughout the rest of the song, but struggles to get up, which is totally understandable. I have a feeling her back-up dancers didn't even realize she fell for a few seconds, then finally someone came to help her.
