The 2,000 square foot, two-bedroom condo on Wabash Ave. has been listed for $2.15 million, which is a steal considering he only paid $2.06 million. The view from this 33rd floor condo is the stuff Chicago dreams are made of and according to the listing, the amenities are a plenty.
City, river, and lake views and includes luxury Wolf and Miele appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and two-and-a-half bathrooms with limestone, slate and marble finishes.
The Tribune first reported the listing and they also report that Patrick has been spotted looking for single-family homes in the area.
