Pet of the Week Returns With Sprite [VIDEO]

Pet of the Week is back and this week we're featuring Sprite, a beautiful girl looking for her forever promise.

My heart breaks every time I visit Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary and a loveable dog like Sprite is still there.  When I first met her, she just rolled on her back and wanted belly rubs; that was back in May. Three months is way too long for her to be there. If I didn't mention it in the video, please know that if you adopt Sprite, the Ark will pay for her final treatment that she needs in six months and they're track record for "curing" dogs with heartworms is stellar.

Please don’t hesitate to adopt a dog who is heartworm positive; most if not all of them respond well to treatment and go on to live happy lives.

Before you commit to adopting Sprite, please get familiar with heartworm and be sure that you’re ready to give Sprite all the love and attention she so deserves and desires.
