Fresh marshmallows are incredible, but things get a little more incredible when you add Kahlua.

I had the best time making marshmallows with Jodi from Sugar Britches. Not only did she secretly have me make the entire batch myself, we spiked them with Kahlua, which included taste-testing.

Plus if you have a candy thermometer and a mixer, you can make these at your own house!

Despite the fact that I had to endure the most disgusting horse hoof gelatin smell that ever existed, I would go back and make candy with Jodi in a second.
