The Most Popular Condiment In Illinois Is Definitely Not What You Think

If you asked me to pick out my favorite condiment whenever I go out to eat, I would always give you the same answer.  Every time.

Mayonnaise.

Yes, I said mayonnaise.  My reason?  If you've never tried pizza with mayonnaise, you're 100% missing out.  I love it, it's basically the same thing as if you drowned your French fries in ranch sauce.  Yes, they have different textures and flavors, but mayo is always my go-to condiment to make anything taste better.  Well, not everything... like ice cream.  I have yet to try it, who knows it might be delicious!

I asked a few of my friends what condiment they couldn't live without and most of them said ranch.  Of course, that's an easy answer - I want to really know what YOU can't live without?  Better yet, what does all of Illinois think the BEST condiment is to put on majority of food?

KETCHUP.

Whaaaaaaaaaat... lame.  I honestly didn't think it would be ketchup, but then I realized there are endless things you can dip in it.  Just think, you can slather it all over your eggs and it'll be one of the best tastes ever.  Other food you can drench your ketchup in and have no regrets are these:

• Breakfast burritos
• Hot dogs
• Corn dogs
• Egg rolls
• Fries
• Chicken nuggets

I mean the list goes on and on.  There's no wonder people like ketchup, it's a little bit tangy with a hint of sweetness in it that adds a touch of flavor to all your bland food.
