Reward Being Offered for Information Regarding the Death of an Ogle County Dog
As an owner of two dogs, two dogs that just happen to be the bestest of friends, I couldn't imagine if something happened to either of them. Geez, I don't think they would know what to do if they lost each other.
It's an awful thought; but one Ogle county family is experiencing that kind of loss after their two black labs ran away a few days after Christmas; but only one returned home.
According to WIFR , Casey was able to make it home but Jackson was found dead on West Otter Road on January 10th; he was shot twice. (are you crying, cause I'm crying)
Investigators say anyone with information should call Ogle-Lee County Crime Stoppers at 815-228-4488. Information leading to an arrest could be worth up to $1,000.
You can also call Illinois conservation police at 815-218-4165.
