Rockford Area Ice Cream Parlor to Hold ‘Stuff Your Stanley’ Event
Stanley water bottles are probably the most popular, if not THE most popular, cup on the planet.
Everybody seems to have one, so it would make sense that it should be a pretty fun tie-in when getting ready for a busy summer of ice cream scooping,
That's what one Rockford area ice cream shop is getting ready to do this Saturday.
Cattle and Cream is holding a "Stuff Your Stanley" event. If you own one of those uber-popular cups, you can bring one (30 oz or 40 oz), and they will fill it with your favorite kind of ice cream.
If you don't have your own Stanley cup, Cattle & Cream said to bring any cup from home, and they will fill it with whatever flavor of ice cream you like best.
Better yet, Cattle & Cream is giving away a 40-oz Stanley, too, so be sure to enter while you are there.
Speaking of ice cream, Cattle & Cream rotates different flavors in and out, but I noticed they have had Moose Tracks (my fave), along with Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl, French Silk, Licorice, Play Dough, Blue Moon, and many others on their menu recently.
Since they are swapping out and adding new flavors every time you go to Cattle & Cream, There are so many great ice cream options that it will be tough to choose just one.
In addition to ice cream, Cattle & Cream is well known for its meat cuts.
Reviews of the place on Yelp and Facebook mention the friendly and courteous staff, competitive prices, and outstanding produce section.
To me, Cattle & Cream sounds like a win-win. It is located at 105 North Cherry Street in Cherry Valley.
