Rockford Documentary ‘Minding The Gap’ Nominated For Academy Award

Bing Liu's riveting Rockford filmed documentary Minding The Gap has received critical acclaim and today it's on the cusp of landing the highest honor in film, an Academy Award.

Minding The Gap is going up against Free Solo, Hale County This Morning, This Evening, Of Fathers and Sons, and R.B.G.

Of all the Best Documentary Feature nominees, Minding The Gap is the only one to have a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. At this point, you have to like Liu's chance for Oscar gold when the 91st Academy Awards air on February 24 on WTVO.
